In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise.

By accessing the gg368 platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

12.1 Termination by gg368

gg368 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, gg368 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned via the user's most recent payment method.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting gg368 support. Before closing your account, all outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied or Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Any real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, subject to successful KYC verification.

gg368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the gg368 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
